Patients With Insurance Coverage
Dr. Liu is an in-network provider of BlueCross/BlueShield, United HealthCare, Multiplan/PHCS, PacifiCare (PPO & HMO), OptumHealth/ACN and FECA/DOL (Worker'sComp) etc. Generally speaking, we will bill your insurance and the medical insurance company should pay Dr. Liu for the services rendered in his office according to their fee schedules . Co-payment or office visit payment may be required for your treatment. You may have to pay more than the co-payment if you are not yet met the deductibles, depending on your coverage . It is highly recommended that you should call your insurance company for more details. Dr. Liu accepts the patients who have acupuncture coverage through Atena and Cigna medical insurance. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards are accepted as payment options. Medicare and Medicaid don't cover acupuncture in Texas.
